“For things to change, you have to change. For things to get better, you have to get better.”
– Jim Rohn
Self-love and self-acceptance – for everything you’ve done up to this point – can be one of the hardest things to face.
I call it sitting with yourself.
It means acknowledging the mistakes, the regrets, the shame, the “I used to” stories that still echo in your mind.
But those stories don’t get to run the show anymore – unless you let them.
So today – choose you.
Choose to turn off autopilot and start living with intention.
New habits.
New self-talk.
New lifestyle choices that reflect the person you want to become. Do things that make you feel good and thriving.
Here are some Sitting with yourself questions:
✨What am I still identifying with that no longer serves me?
✨What would the next-level version of me do differently?
✨What small change can I make today that would be the domino in change?
✨Am I living in reaction… or intention?
✨What kind of energy am I bringing into my home, my relationships, my goals?
“For things to change, you have to change.
For things to get better, you have to get better.” – Jim Rohn
So do the work.
Change starts with you.
Get to the point where your circumstances aren’t the deciding factor in how your day is going to go…
How you treat others…
Or how you speak to yourself.
Learn to have character-building days—not bad days.
Because who you’re becoming is worth it.
